- Budget—Through effective scheduled work front planning sessions, we ensure that all resources and equipment are on and off-site when needed. We also spearhead change order reviews so that we can ensure that all changes are approved prior to commencing the work.
- Schedule-Risks to the schedule are identified in a risk log, and delays are mitigated to ensure that the schedule and in-service dates are laser-focused for all site activities identified in the schedule
We provide a single point of contact for all site subcontractors and scheduled activities.
We can provide hard or soft copies of the redlined drawings and work with the Engineering Service Provider to ensure that they approve design changes
We provide project reporting to all key stakeholders and conduct meetings with all subcontractors to ensure all parties’ expectations remain aligned and agreed upon.
